Product Description

In the yaw brake system of wind turbines, the anti-rotation plate is a critical component that serves to prevent the turbine's nacelle from rotating unexpectedly. It works in conjunction with other elements of the yaw brake system to ensure the correct alignment and stability of the turbine. This anti-rotation plate is typically made of carbon steel, a commonly used engineering material known for its cost-effectiveness and ease of processing. During the manufacturing process, the anti-rotation plate is shaped through cutting processes, and all edges are deburred to ensure smoothness, preventing damage or increased fatigue strength during assembly or operation. After the deburring process is completed, the anti-rotation plate undergoes hot-dip galvanizing as a surface treatment, which is a common anti-corrosion method that provides additional protection and extends the component's service life.
