Bending Stage

The metal sheet enters the bending process. Through the CNC bending machine, the plate is bent accurately and formed according to the preset program. The bending machine has strong pressure control and Angle calibration ability, which can realize the one-time molding of complex bending contour, to ensure the dimensional accuracy, Angle consistency and surface quality of sheet metal parts.
Assembly Stage

The assembly link is designed to preliminarily combine the bent sheet metal parts with other prefabricated parts according to the design requirements. We use professional fixtures and positioning tools to ensure the coordination accuracy between the parts, and follow the strict assembly process instructions, to ensure that the connection between the components is firm and correctly aligned.
Welding StageWelding Stage

Welding is the key process for connecting metal structures. Our welding workshop is equipped with advanced automatic welding equipment and experienced welding technicians, using TIG, MIG, MAG and other welding technologies, to ensure that the weld strength, sealing and appearance quality in line with industry standards and customer requirements. For the parts requiring further finishing, we will process them. Use CNC milling machine, boring machine, grinding machine and other precision equipment to drill, milling, boring, grinding parts to ensure that the key dimensions, shape tolerances and surface finish meet the design specifications. The gantry machining center can handle complex three-dimensional surfaces to meet the manufacturing requirements of high-precision and complex shaped parts.
Anti-Corrosion Stage

In order to extend the service life of the product and adapt to various environmental conditions, we conduct professional anticorrosion treatment to the processed parts. According to the materials and the application environment, select the appropriate anti-corrosion methods, such as spray painting, electroplating, hot dip galvanizing, powder spraying, etc., to ensure the uniform coating, strong adhesion, and effectively prevent corrosion.
Final Assembly Stage

After completing the processing and anti-corrosion treatment of each part, enter the final assembly process. Follow the strict assembly process and inspection standards, and accurately assemble all the parts into a complete product. At this stage, the stability of the overall structure, functional integrity and the sealing test of each interface are emphasized to ensure that the product meets the design performance indicators.
Packaging Stage

After the finished product passes the strict quality acceptance, it enters the final packaging link.We adopt customized packaging scheme, choose appropriate packaging materials such as wooden tray, foam shockproof, waterproof film, etc., to provide all-round protection of the product, to avoid collision, scraping and moisture influence during transportation.
