| Product Description
Our bending parts are structural components made from metal sheets such as carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel through CNC bending processes. Carbon steel, with its excellent strength and toughness, is particularly suitable for structural parts that need to withstand heavy loads; aluminum alloy, due to its light weight and good corrosion resistance, is especially suitable for applications where weight is a critical factor; stainless steel, with its superior corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance, is widely used in damp environments or products that have high appearance requirements.
During the bending process, we select the appropriate molds based on the type and thickness of the material, and write numerical control programs according to the design drawings, precisely setting key parameters such as bending angles, bending sequence, and bending speed. After the bending is completed, the workpieces will undergo painting treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing, thermal spraying zinc, or painting, to further enhance their corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
These bending parts are widely used in various industries including wind power generation, port docks, ultra-high voltage power transmission, mining, rail transit, and metallurgy.
