Good thermal stability
We improve the thermal stability of our racks by :
(1) Choose the right materials : Use materials with good thermal stability, such as certain types of alloy steel or cast iron, which are able to maintain their mechanical properties at high temperatures.
(2) Heat treatment : Through heat treatment processes, such as annealing, normalizing or quenching, the internal structure of the material can be improved to improve its thermal stability.
(3) Design a reasonable structure : the design takes into account heat conduction and thermal expansion to ensure that the frame structure can expand or contract evenly when the temperature changes to avoid local stress concentration.
(4) Heat insulation measures : Set a heat insulation layer or heat insulation material between the frame and the heat source to reduce the direct transfer of heat to the frame.
Vibration and noise control
We reduce the vibration and noise generated during the rolling process by :
(1) Heavy-duty design : By increasing the weight and size of the frame, its natural frequency can be improved, so that the machine avoids the excitation frequency during operation, thereby reducing resonance.
(2) Damping treatment : The use of damping materials on the frame, such as damping coatings or damping pads, can absorb vibration energy and reduce vibration propagation.
(3) Vibration isolation design : The use of vibration isolators or elastic supports between the frame and the foundation can reduce the transmission of vibration to the ground or other structures.
(4) Rigid connection : Use highly rigid connectors, such as bolts and welds, to reduce vibration at the connection.
