The steel structure framework of the transmission tower is primarily made of high-strength hot-rolled angle steel, steel plates, or steel pipes. The materials undergo processes such as sandblasting for rust removal and straightening to ensure surface quality and straightness. Subsequently, CNC plasma/flame cutting equipment is used for precise material cutting, and processes like cold bending and punching are employed to create connection holes. Key components are fabricated using welding techniques, and non-destructive testing is strictly conducted to ensure the strength of the welds. The tower body is designed in a modular fashion, and when assembled in sections, it is secured with high-strength bolts. The entire tower body undergoes hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection to withstand harsh outdoor environments.
